Bespoke Pilates training online and at clients’ homes
Private Pilates sessions are ideal if you would like a class completely tailored to your body and time schedule. Private Pilates classes are a gentler option than standard personal training. It’s low impact and precise approach means it is safe on the joints. This is one of the reasons Pilates it is especially recommended for clients with back pain as well anyone with any joint issues. Pilates' focus on correct alignment, targets weaker areas of the body more effectively and builds muscle tone without losing flexibility.
I can teach you Pilates at your home if you are comfortable with this arrangement and have space to practise Pilates.

Private pilates classes are the best option for:
those suffering from chronic lower back pain;
during pregnancy and during the post-natal stage (see below for more information);
anyone recovering from an injury, medical condition or pelvic organ prolapse;
anyone wanting to get into exercise gently from the comfort of their home and have their confidence boosted, without the pressures of a group environment; or
anyone keen to be motivated and challenged at their own pace, to work towards a specific fitness goal, or target a troublesome area of your body.

The rates above are applicable for both online and in person sessions. For group lessons, please get in touch for my rates.
Validity period
Pack of 5 Pilates classes - 6 months from the date on which it was purchased.
Packs of 10 Pilates classes - 12 months from the date on which it was purchased.
What does a Taster session involve?
This first Pilates session will give you a sample of what my private Pilates sessions have to offer and give us the chance to get to know each other. It includes an initial consultation to find out more about your experience, interests and goals. I then informally assess your movement patterns and posture through specific Pilates exercises which hone in on any areas of restriction and muscle weakness. This will then give me a basis from which I can tailor future sessions for you.
Cancellations
Please note I have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full rate.
